Online Order Processor – Remote

Join our team as an Online Order Processor and help ensure that every customer order is handled smoothly and accurately. This remote role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process online customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify order details and ensure all information is correct
• Maintain up-to-date and organized order records within the system
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment and timely shipment
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing packages
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or return issues

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours)
Location: Remote / Work from home
Compensation: €45–€85 per hour
