E-Commerce Assistant – Remote

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support the daily operations of our online store. From managing product listings to handling orders and assisting with customer inquiries, this role offers a well-rounded experience in e-commerce operations—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update product listings on the e-commerce platform
• Write clear and accurate product descriptions, and ensure all listing details meet quality standards
• Upload and maintain high-quality product images
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory and shipping management
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policy
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat
• Provide product, shipping, and order status information professionally
• Monitor and update inventory levels in the system
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, and inventory
• Generate reports on sales performance and customer feedback
• Assist in identifying trends and areas for business improvement

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible schedule)
Location: Remote / Work from home
Compensation: €45–€85 per hour
