Data Entry Specialist – Remote

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves accurately entering and managing information across various systems to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input data from multiple sources into designated systems and formats
• Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and related platforms
• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking with source documents
• Organize and manage digital files and documentation for efficient retrieval
• Review entries for completeness and correctness; identify and correct errors
• Conduct routine data audits to maintain integrity and accuracy
• Generate reports and summaries based on collected data
• Support data preparation for analysis, presentations, and business needs

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Remote / Work from home
Compensation: €45–€85 per hour
