Customer Service – Remote

We’re seeking reliable and friendly individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand—ensuring every interaction is helpful, professional, and leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions and resolve issues
• Guide customers through the website, helping them find products and complete orders
• Handle complaints and concerns with patience and efficiency
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours)
Location: Remote / Work from home
Compensation: €45–€85 per hour
