3D Motion Designer – Remote

We are currently looking for a talented and creative 3D Motion Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing dynamic and high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics for a variety of digital media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create visually compelling 3D animations for videos, ads, and social media
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and visual concepts
• Model, texture, and animate 3D characters and objects that align with project goals
• Rig models and apply principles of animation to create lifelike movement
• Render and composite final animations according to project specifications
• Utilize software such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, After Effects, and others
• Review animations to ensure consistency, technical quality, and brand alignment
• Apply feedback from team and clients to improve visual output
• Stay current with trends, tools, and techniques in 3D motion design

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Remote / Work from home
Compensation: €45–€85 per hour

Requirements:
• No prior experience required
• Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g. Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender)
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Familiar with rendering engines such as Redshift, Octane, or Arnold
• Strong creative and artistic sense with a keen eye for motion design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
