App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist – Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves improving app visibility, boosting rankings, and driving downloads through effective ASO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ASO strategies to increase app visibility and downloads
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords
• Optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, screenshots, and other assets
• Analyze competitor listings to uncover trends and opportunities
• Perform A/B testing on icons, screenshots, and descriptions to improve conversion
• Monitor and analyze key ASO metrics (e.g., downloads, rankings, user reviews)
• Create regular reports with performance insights and optimization recommendations
• Research market trends and stay current on app store algorithm updates
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to align ASO efforts

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Remote / Work from home
Compensation: €45–€85 per hour

Requirements:
• Proven experience in ASO or similar role with measurable results
• Proficiency with ASO tools (e.g., App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action)
• Strong knowledge of app store ranking factors (iOS & Android)
• Experience in A/B testing, keyword research, and data analysis
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from performance metrics
• Creativity in crafting persuasive and optimized app store listings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
